Trash and Recycling: Trash day is Thursday; every other is Bulk pick up. We will send reminders on Wednesday for those staying in the unit. If your stay is on a Wednesday, including checking in or out, you agree to place trash at the end of the drive way for collection. Playground: Unsupervised and guests assume all risks. Adults should monitor children at all times. There is an extra guests/visitors policy we enforce and can change at anytime. Any and all adults on property must submit Photo ID. Lost Pool Key Fee $65 replaced by HOA Pool Rules must be followed, they are posted at the pool on Fairlawn Ave Paying Guests have access to HOA Amenities; Walking Trails, Pool (Open Season) and Neighborhood Play Ground HOA violations or broken house rules are means for immediate dismissal from property without reimbursement.
